AirCoat Pre-Atomisation Nozzles ACF 3000 PLUS
AirCoat pre-atomisation nozzles provide extra fine atomisation even with low inlet air pressure. This is especially important for processingwater- or solvent-based paints. Using a pre-atomisation nozzle allows you to work with less material and air quantity. There issignificantly less overspray and material consumption decreases. Compared to the standard AirCoat nozzle the material is pre-atomiseddirectly at the outer edge of the nozzle. The result: an especially even and soft spray pattern.
Advantages:
- The larger tungsten carbide cores allow higher process security and manufacturing precision.
- An even longer service life is achieved thanks to the improved quality of the tungsten carbide.
- The new dome geometry and innovative high-tech grinding and erosion processes provide a very fine homogeneous atomisation at low energy consumption (material pressure).
- The low wear also contributes to a reduction in costs.
